恭喜你們錄取為實踐大學新生，以下是本學期辦理入境及註冊相關注意事項：

【簽證/機票】注意事項

1. 臺灣教育部正在審核外國學生名單，審核完畢後，國際事務處會提供你【公文號碼】。
2. 收到【公文號碼】後，請到鄰近之中華民國駐當地代表處(連結)申請居留簽證(Resident Visa)。簽證申請文件，可參考各地代表處網站(連結)。
3. 取得簽證後，請立即掃描並寄給國際處承辦老師，請先不要訂機票。
4. 承辦老師確認簽證後，會再通知你開始訂機票。

• 機票日期請預訂收到通知10天後(含假日)，例如2月1日收到確認信，機票請預訂2月10日之後。
• 建議預訂可更改日期之機票

5. 機票預訂完成後，請立即將電子機票/航班資訊提供給國際處承辦老師。
6. 臺灣教育部再次審核外國學生入境名單，審核完畢後，國際處會提供你【入境許可證】。
7. 收到入境許可證後，請彩色列印並與相關重要文件一同登機。

【VISA/ Flight】

1. After reviewing the International Students Qualification by Ministry of Education (MOE) in Taiwan, Shih Chien University will provide the Approved Official Document Number with students for VISA application.
2. After receiving the Approved Official Document Number, please visit the nearby Taiwan Representative Office (Link) for a Resident VISA application. Please refer to the website and prepare all necessary documents for your VISA application (Link). If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
3. Once you received your VISA, please scan and send it to us ASAP and Do Not book the flight yet.
4. After your coordinator receives your VISA copy, we will send you a Confirmation and then you can start booking your flight ticket.

• Please book the flight which will depart 10 days (Including Weekends) after you receive our confirmation. For example, if you receive the Confirmation email on 1^st of Feb., please book the flight for 11^th of Feb or after.
• A changeable flight ticket is strongly recommended

5. After booking your flight, please send the flight information to us ASAP.
6. After receiving your flight information, we will apply for the Entry Permit from MOE and we will send it to you once it is issued.

Please color print the Entry Permit and abroad with other relevant documents.

【入境臺灣】注意事項

1. 入境臺灣之旅客皆需實施10天居家檢疫及7天自主健康管理。

• 請學生預訂台北市區防疫旅館，學校會提供你們訂房資訊參考。

2. 登機前兩日完成【PCR陰性檢測】，並且於登機前及抵台後提供給海關確認。
3. 登機前一日請登入「入境檢疫系統」(連結)並填寫相關資料。

• 填寫完畢後，請將檢疫通知書儲存至手機中並截取最後顯示的頁面給承辦老師。
• 旅館/集中檢疫所地址會由承辦老師提供給同學，收到防疫旅館地址後，請再填入系統中。

4. 抵達臺灣前請一定要自行購買30日具有臺灣門號之SIM卡片。
5. 抵達臺灣前請一定要自行購買體溫計或是耳溫槍並且放置托運行李中。
6. 下機後，請立即開通手機並聯絡承辦老師；臺灣教育部工作人員會在下機通道口處協助入境。
7. 至機場入境大廳後，請至防疫計程車櫃台搭乘防疫計程車直達防疫旅館；有任何問題，可以至外國學生報到櫃檯詢問。

• 請注意，上車前請先拍下計程車車號給國際處承辦老師，確認老師收到後才可以離開。
• 搭乘期間不可中途下車。

8. 抵達防疫旅館後，請先立即聯絡國際處承辦老師，再辦理入住相關事宜。

【Before/After Arrive in Taiwan】

1. All passengers need to conduct 10-days quarantine and 7-days self-health management after arrival.
   14. All International students should book the quarantine hotels by yourselves and USC will provide the hotel list for your reference.
2. Please prepare your PCR test report within 48 hours before boarding. The Custom needs to exam the report when you are abroad and after arrival.
3. Please log in to the Quarantine System for Entry (Link) one day before your departure and make sure the Quarantine and Health Declaration Form is saved in your cell phone. You need to send us the screen capture of the last page as well.
   14. Please check the quarantine hotels' address and you can fill in the Quarantine System.
4. Please buy a Prepaid SIM Card with Taiwan’s phone number for 30-days and the thermometer before your arrival at Taoyuan Airport in advance. It’s for the easy monitor of your status during quarantine. Kind reminder, the thermometer cannot be taken on the plane, please put it in your luggage.
5. After arrive in Taoyuan Airport, please contact us ASAP and there will be a staff member from Ministry of Education assisting you at the Gate.
6. Please go to the "Quarantine Taxi Counter” at Arrival Hall to arrange your transportation to your "Quarantine Hostel". If you have any questions, please visit the Overseas Students Counter.
   14. Before taking the taxi, please take a photo of the quarantine vehicle's plate and send it to us.
   14. No leaving of the "Quarantine Taxi" during halfway. 

6. When you arrived at the quarantine hotel, you need to report us before you start the check-in process.

【居家檢疫】注意事項 (限防疫旅館者)

1. 抵達防疫旅館前，請開通手機並登入疫止神通(連結)並且於每天上午11點前回報體溫。
2. 自主管理第六天，請使用居家快篩試劑檢驗，完成後請同學與試劑結果合照並寄至health@g2.usc.edu.tw。
3. 居家檢疫第十二至十三天期間，需至鄰近醫院做PCR檢測，並返回旅館等候結果。

• 檢測結果是陽性者，將會被帶至醫院就醫；檢測結果是陰性者，不會收到任何通知，14天檢疫期滿即可離開防疫旅館，並前往7天自主健康管理的旅館。

※ 建議學生可攜帶約新台幣2-3萬元在身上，以防繳費時需要。

【During Quarantine】

1. Please log in the Disease Containment Expert (User guideline) before arriving at quarantine hotel and report your body temperature before 11:00 a.m. daily.
2. Please take a Rapid Home Test on the 6^th day of self-health management period and send a photo of the result including yourself and the test result to health@g2.usc.edu.tw.
3. On the 12^th to 13^th day of your quarantine, a PCR test is required again.
   14. If the result is positive, you will be led to the hospital for therapy.
   14. If the result is negative, you won't receive any notice. You are free to leave the hotel after the quarantine period is due but you have to move to another hostel for 7-days self-health management.
