計畫簡介 About US
「國際人才職涯計畫」是實踐大學專為國際學生打造的全方位職涯成長方案，致力於協助每一位來臺的國際學生找到方向、累積經驗，並真正站穩在臺灣職場。本計畫以實踐大學「學以致用、實踐所學」的核心精神為基礎，從專業能力培養到企業媒合，從實習機會到就業支持，提供一站式服務，幫助學生把專業變成真正能在產業發光的競爭力。為響應教育部推動的「大專校院國際生留臺就業輔導專業化計畫」，本校透過跨單位合作與豐富的產學資源，打造更友善、更具支持性的留臺環境，讓國際學生在學期間就能接觸產業、了解需求，並提前串接未來職涯。我們相信，每一位國際學生都值得擁有一段在臺灣發光的旅程。透過本計畫，你將能「從實踐出發，開啟在臺職涯」，把夢想一步步變成現實。
The “Shih Chien Career Taiwan Program” is a professional support initiative designed to boost international students' employability in Taiwan by helping them explore career possibilities, gain practical experience, and integrate smoothly into local industries and life. Rooted in Shih Chien University's core spirit of “Applying Knowledge in Practice”, the program offers streamlined, high-impact services—from career counseling, skill training, and corporate matching to internship and employment support—empowering students to align their strengths with industry needs and build a sustainable career path in Taiwan. Established in alignment with the Ministry of Education's “Professionalization Program for Career Guidance and Employment Support for International Students in Taiwan,” the program leverages cross-unit collaboration and strong industry–academia partnerships to create a supportive environment that encourages international talent to grow, stay, and succeed in Taiwan. Ultimately, it aims to inspire more students to “Practice Makes Future —Shih Chien Leads Your Career in Taiwan.”
