全球專業實習聯盟平台

我們主要的目的是幫助學生認識自己，引導他們選擇適合自己的工作，並勇於追求夢想，活出獨特而全新的自己。我們相信實習是教育很重要的一部分；學生在實習過程中，可以學習職場的團隊合作、人際關係與溝通等能力，了解職場的特點，培養就業即戰力。更重要的是，學生可以多嘗試不同的實習機會，了解不同的企業特色與文化，從中找到自己的興趣、強項與弱項，建立職涯目標。

此理念及構想受到教育部重視，自2018年底，承接教育部的指導與補助，將原本東海大學與財團法人中衛發展中心於105年合作建置的「國際專業人才輸送平臺」改名為「全球專業實習聯盟平臺」，英文名稱為Global Internship Facilitation of Taiwan，簡稱GIFT平臺。此平臺為一連結學校、企業、學生之線上平臺，讓臺灣各大學校院的在學生提早培養職場能力，並到職場實習，建立「培訓、實習、就業一條龍」的人才媒合與培育系統。另外，配合教育部政策，擴大媒合對象，讓30歲以下的青年也可註冊為會員。

目前本平臺有超過200家合作企業，與全國數十所大專校院組成跨校聯盟，已協助國內三百多位學生至臺灣、義大利、印尼、越南與印度等國家實習。本平台為開放式平台，資源交流共享目前不收取費用，除學生與求職者外，歡迎企業及學校端踴躍加入本平台。

Our main objective is to help students learn about themselves and guide them to select careers that suit themselves. We encourage these young, talented people to pursue their dreams and lead their own unique lives. We strongly believe that internships are an integral part of higher education. An internship gives a student the opportunity to learn the importance of teamwork and improve his or her interpersonal and communication skills. Interns can familiarize themselves with the workplace environment and effectively increase their employability. Moreover, students can try out different internships to gain knowledge of different industries and different corporate cultures. Consequently, students can discover their interests, strengths, and weaknesses, which lead to clearer career goals.

In 2018, under the funding and guidance of the Ministry of Education, we officially took over the ownership of the International Talent Pipeline—an online internship matching platform built collaboratively by Tunghai University and the Corporate Synergy Development Center—and renamed it the Global Internship Facilitation of Taiwan (“GIFT”). This is an online platform that connects universities, businesses and students, helping students hone their professional skills through internships. We envision this platform as a one-stop service that combines training, internship matching and career placement. Moreover, in line with the policies of the Ministry of Education, we expanded our service to allow all young people under the age of 30 to register as members and search for internships.

Currently, the platform has more than 200 employers, and we have cooperative agreements in place with numerous universities. We have sent over 300 students to internships located in countries such as Taiwan, Italy, Indonesia, Vietnam and India. The GIFT platform is open to the public for registration and its services are free of charge. In addition to students and job seekers, we also welcome businesses and schools to join this platform.
