⚠️ 重要注意事項 (Important Notes)

1️⃣ 逾期不予受理 (Strict Deadline):
除特殊情況外，截止日後不再受理申請。請自行列印並填妥附件申請表後繳交。
No late applications will be accepted. Please print and complete the attached application form.

2️⃣ 發放時間 (Disbursement):
預計於學期結束前 1 至 5 個工作天發放。
The scholarship will be disbursed 1-5 working days before the semester ends.

3️⃣ 銀行帳戶 (Bank Account):
請確認已開立臺灣銀行 (Bank of Taiwan) 帳戶並提供存摺影本給出納組。
Please ensure you have a Bank of Taiwan account and provide a copy to the Cashier’s Office.

4️⃣ 欠費規定 (Unpaid Balances):
若於 2026/06/30 仍有未繳清款項（學費、健保費等），將不予發放獎學金。
Unpaid balances by June 30, 2026, will result in disqualification.
