名額：依學年度逐年調整名額。

112學年度台北校區 5 名、高雄校區 2 名。 5 students of Taipei Campus and 2 students of Kaohsiung Campus for 2023-24 academic year.

113學年度台北校區 4 名、高雄校區 1 名。 4 students of Taipei Campus and 1 students of Kaohsiung Campus for 2024-25 academic year.

114學年度台北校區 3 名、高雄校區 1 名。 3 students of Taipei Campus and 1 students of Kaohsiung Campus for 2024-25 academic year.

金額：每名 10,000 元

Amount：NTD$10,000 per student

一、宗旨：為促進本校國際化，提高優秀境外學生來校就讀之意願，並鼓勵在校之優秀境外學生，特訂定本辦法。

1. Purpose：These regulations are formulated to promote the internationalization of the university, increase outstanding foreign students’ willingness to study at Shih Chien University and to encourage foreign students’ excellence at our school.

二、獎助對象：具本校正式學籍但未具中華民國國籍，且不具僑生身分之非本國籍學生。

2. Award Recipients: Candidates must have a school official registration foreign student status but can neither have Republic of China’s nationality nor the oversea Chinese students’ identity.

三、申請資格：具本校正式學籍就讀本校滿一學期境外學生（延修生除外），符合下列第一至 二項任一項及第三、四項。

3. Qualifications：Foreign students must have studied in this university for at least a full semester with official registration enrollment (Delay graduated students are excluded), in accordance with the following Regulations (1)-(3) (must meet at least one) and (4).

（一）碩(博)士班最多二年，前一學期至少修習四（含）學分，前一學期學業成績達 80 分且名次為全班前 30%以內。

  (1) Graduate students must have done at least four credit hours (including 4 hours) in the previous semester, and their previous semester academic performance must reach 80 points and must meet top 30% of class ranking.

（二）大學部前一學期應修之最低學分數依本校學則規定，前一學期學業成績達 75 分(含) 以上。

  (2) Undergraduates must meet the minimum school credits in the previous semester according to Shih Chien University regulations, and the academic performance must reach 75 points for the previous semester.

（三）前一學期操行成績達 80 分。

  (3) Previous semester conduct performance meet 80 points.

（四）已領取教育部臺灣獎學金、外交部臺灣獎學金或校內(日間部大學部/研究所學行成績優良獎學金)及政府各項獎學金者，不得重複領取本獎學金。

  (4) This scholarship is not available to those who’ve already applied for MOE Taiwan Scholarship, MOFA Taiwan Scholarship, On-Campus Scholarship (Excellent Academic Performance Scholarship) or any other government scholarship.

四、申請方式：符合上述資格者，應於公告申請期限內，備妥以下文件向國際事務處提出申 請。

（一）申請表乙份。

（二）本校學生證影本乙份。

（三）護照影本乙份。

（四）成績單（前學期）乙份。

（五）中文或英文自傳（500 字以內)乙份。

（六）學習計畫乙份。

（七）教師推薦函乙份。

（八）其他優秀表現證明資料。

4. Application Method: Please submit all the following documents to OIA office.

  (3)A photocopy of passport (personal information page)

  (4)Previous semester school transcript (the formal document)

  (5)Chinese or English autobiography (within 500 words)

  (6)Study plan

  (7) Teacher recommendation letter

  (8) Other outstanding performance supporting document

五、適用112學年度前入學之境外生。
