創辦於1229 年的圖盧茲大學是歐洲最古老的大學之一，主校區位於法國的大學城圖盧茲。20 世紀60 年代末，圖盧茲大學分成三個獨立大學和若干個工程師學校。1969 年，圖盧茲第三大學成立時，採用了1912 年諾貝爾化學獎得主保爾‧薩巴梯埃（Paul Sabatier）的名字作為校名。圖盧茲三大校園遍及整個南部比利牛斯大區，並在理學、醫療健康、技術與體育等學科領域設有豐富多樣的教育專業。

Toulouse III was named after Paul Sabatier, winner of the 1912 Nobel prize in chemistry. In 1969, it was established on the foundations of the old Toulouse university which was itself founded in 1229. The Université Paul Sabatier (UPS), an educational leader in France’s Midi-Pyrénées region, offers a broad array of programs in the sciences, technology, health, and athletics. The university offers Licence programs in eight areas: Mathematics, Computer Science and their applications; Engineering; Physics, Chemistry, and their applications; Space Sciences, Organisms, and Biospheres; Life and Health Sciences; Sciences and Techniques of Physical Activity and Sports; Communication and Organizational Management.

單學期交換計畫  (僅修讀學分)

1. 申請資格: 限管理學院、英語學位學程與商資學院
2. 申請名額: 3-5名 (免繳姊妹校學費)
3. 語言能力: 托福(iBT)61分以上/雅思5級分以上/多益600分以上
4. 學業成績: 歷年學業及操行平均成績75 分以上

One-semester Exchange Program (Credits Transfer Only)

1. Eligibility: College of Management, English Taught Program and College of Business and Information
2. Quota: 3-5 students (Tuition waiver)
3. Language Proficiency: TOEFL iBT 61 / IELTS 5 / TOEIC 600
4. Academic Requirement: The academic & conduct average grade should be over 75
