科隆應用技術大學坐落於德國北萊茵－威斯伐倫州，科隆市。是德國最大的應用技術大學，共有11 個院系。每個院系都有若干研究所，院系由院系理事會和系主任共同管理。

TH Köln – University of Applied Sciences is a higher education institution in Cologne, Germany, established in 1971. TH Köln is the largest University of Applied Sciences in Germany by number of students, having about 26,000 students and 440 professors and headquartered in Cologne Südstadt. The TH Köln offers a total of 100 bachelor’s and master’s degree programs in full. The international office at the TH Köln offers student exchange opportunities with more than 360 partner universities in 94 countries. The TH Köln is also one of seven members of UAS7, which represent the seven leading German universities of applied sciences internationally.

單學期交換計畫 (僅修讀學分)

1. 申請資格: 限設計學院工設系
2. 申請名額: 3名 (免繳交姊妹校學費)
3. 語言能力: 托福(iBT)61分以上/雅思5級分以上/多益600分以上
4. 學業成績: 歷年學業及操行平均成績75 分以上
5. 其他: 務必準備個人作品集或相關甄選作品

One-semester Exchange Program (Credits Transfer Only)

1. Eligibility : Dept. of Industrial Design
2. Quota: 3 students (Tuition waiver)
3. Language Proficiency: TOEFL iBT 61 / IELTS 5 / TOEIC 600
4. Academic Requirement: The academic & conduct average grade should be over 75
