坐落於杜拜的阿聯酋酒店管理學院（EAHM）是在全世界排名前列的酒店管理學校，並且學院為卓美亞奢華酒店集團（Jumeirah Group）的一部分。

阿聯酋酒店管理學院與瑞士的洛桑酒店管理學院有密切的學術合作，並且學院所有的課程都被阿聯酋教育部、英國的The Institute of Hospitality 以及澳洲的THE-ICE 所認證。學院也是The Council of International Schools（CIS）的高級教育機構成員。

一學年訪問計畫 (僅修讀學分)

1. 申請資格: 限管理學院、商資學院、民生學院餐管系、文創學院休產系與觀管系
2. 申請名額: 不限申請名額 (需繳姊妹校學雜費)
3. 語言能力: 托福(iBT)61分以上/雅思5級分以上/多益600分以上
4. 學業成績: 歷年學業及操行平均成績75 分以上
5. 其他: 於姊妹校修讀12週(約15 學分)，另於杜拜當地飯店或度假村帶薪實習24週(含餐或宿月薪約美金260-400 元)，完成後可取得實習證書。

One-year Visiting Program (Credits Transfer Only)

1. Eligibility: College of Management, College of Business and Information, Dept. of Restaurant and Institutional Management, Dept. of Tourism Management and Dept. of Recreation Management
2. Quota: No limitation (Fee-paying)
3. Language Proficiency: TOEFL iBT 61 / IELTS 5 / TOEIC 600
4. Academic Requirement: The academic & conduct average grade should be over 75
5. Note: Study at EAHM for 12 weeks (15 credits) and take an internship at a hotel or resort in Dubai for 24 weeks (260 – 400 USD/Month, meals and accommodation included)
