艾塞克斯大學是位於英國艾塞克斯郡高車士打和威文霍鎮的一所綜合性大學，成立於1963年。該校於1965年獲得皇家許可證。艾塞克斯大學在經濟、管理、語言、人權、社會學、機器人等專業領域享有世界盛譽。該大學2011年學生滿意度排在全英前20。校園坐落於200多英畝的Wivenhoe園林之中，wivenhoe與該校校徽wyvern-o諧音雙關，所以又被稱為威文大學、威文霍大學，這裡四季如春、景色宜人，這座風景秀麗的園林為艾塞克斯大學提供了美麗的校園景色。校園內部緊湊，迷宮般的建築結構成為英國大學建築中的一個與眾不同之處。教學樓、公寓、校園商店、銀行、郵局、影劇院、酒吧、俱樂部, 咖啡廳和體育設施一應俱全。來自一百多個國家的海外留學生共同在這裡學習。艾塞克斯大學共設有3個學院。3個學院分別是人文科學學院、社會科學學院及科學與健康學院。

The University of Essex is a public research university in Essex, England. It was established in 1963, welcomed its first students in 1964 and received its royal charter in 1965. Essex’s largest campus is the Colchester Campus within Wivenhoe Park, less than a mile (1.6 km) from Wivenhoe and two miles (3 km) from Colchester. Essex has an international character with 132 countries represented in its student body. Sport is an integral part of the living and learning experience for students and staff at Essex. There is a wide range of opportunities to participate in sports and physical activities offered, designed to have broad appeal, and contribute to the health and well-being of the campus community and complement the educational experience offered at the University. The university is organized into three faculties, comprising 21 schools and departments, spanning the Humanities, Social Sciences and Science and Health.

3+1雙聯學制計畫 (學碩士)

1. 申請資格:限管理學院、英語學位學程、商資學院、設計學院應屆畢業生亦可申請
2. 申請名額: 不限額 (需繳交姊妹校學雜費)
3. 語言能力:語言能力:雅思6.5級分(含)以上，且各項不低於5.5；未達標者可先參加語言加強課程
4. 學業成績: 歷年學業及操行平均成績75 分以上
5. 其他:大四時前往姊妹校修讀一年，修滿最低學分並符合其他畢業相關規定，即可取得姊妹校碩士學位
6. 限大三下學期或以上同學申請

1+1雙聯學制計畫 (雙碩士)

1. 申請資格:限管理學院、英語學位學程、商資學院
2. 申請名額: 不限額 (需繳交姊妹校學雜費)
3. 語言能力: 語言能力:雅思6.5級分(含)以上，且各項不低於5.5；未達標者可先參加語言加強課程
4. 學業成績:歷年學業及操行平均成績75 分以上。
5. 其他:碩二時前往姊妹校修讀一年，修滿最低學分並符合其他畢業相關規定，即可取得姊妹校碩士學位
6. 限秋季班申請

3+1 Dual Degree Program (Bachelor & Master)

1. Eligibility: College of Management 、English Taught Program、 College of Business and Information、Design students will graduate in June of that year is also applicable.
2. Quota: No limitation (Fee-paying)
3. Language Proficiency: IELTS 6.5(Each component should be over 5.5, Students can choose to join Language courses for the insufficient part)
4. Academic Requirement: The academic & conduct average grade should be over 75
5. Note: Study at the University of Essex in senior year, and should fulfill all required credits and all graduation requirements.
6. Only for Junior students in 2nd semester or above

1+1 Dual Master Degree Program (One year)

1. Eligibility: College of Management 、English Taught Program、 College of Business and Information.
2. Quota: No limitation (Fee-paying)
3. Language Proficiency: IELTS 6.5(Each component should be over 5.5, Students can choose to join Language courses for the insufficient part)
4. Academic Requirement: The academic & conduct average grade should be over 75
5. Note: Study at the University of Essex in senior year, and should fulfill required credits and all graduation requirements.
