About this program

This exchange program integrates three major components: interactive coursework, thematic discussions, and company visits, offering students a rich and diverse learning experience. First, a hands-on workshop on “Innovation Management and Creative Thinking” is arranged, allowing students to engage with visiting Japanese high school students through interactive learning, group discussions, and creative activities that foster innovation and cross-cultural communication skills. Second, Taiwanese and Japanese students will engage in in-depth discussions and exchanges on topics such as economic development, cultural characteristics, and educational systems, enhancing their understanding of each other's societal and academic contexts. Lastly, participants will take part in company visits to explore representative enterprises, gaining insights into their business philosophies, sustainability practices, and industry operations. This enables students to bridge academic knowledge with real-world applications, broadening their career perspectives and global outlook.

Important Notes

  1. This program is organized as a group-based field study. Except for the cultural exploration activities, all courses and visits require full participation. Participants may not leave the group without permission, skip activities without valid reasons, or postpone their return to Taiwan.
  2. Once registration is confirmed, flight tickets and hotel reservations will be issued and paid in full immediately. If a participant cancels after confirmation, cancellation policies will follow the airline and hotel regulations. Any remaining refund will be processed in accordance with the “Standard Form Contract for Overseas Travel” as announced by the Taiwan Tourism Administration.
